What's included?

Each package covers our on-site work, photo selection, and professional editing. You’ll receive a link to an online gallery containing all finished images. Your gallery is ready to go: download, share, or post in just one click.

How soon will I get the photos?

Most photo packages are delivered within 24-48 hours, depending on the project size. Rush delivery is available upon request.

How long does a photo shoot take?

It really depends on the package and the size of the property. A quick session can take around 45 minutes, while a full package for a larger home may take up to 4 hours.

How should I prepare my home for the shoot?

Clean and declutter each room, remove personal items, open all blinds or curtains to let in natural light, and ensure all light bulbs are on. Small touches like fresh flowers or neatly arranged pillows can make a big difference.

Can I be present during the shoot?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to be on-site, though it’s not required. Many clients prefer to let us work independently once we’ve reviewed the plan.

What is cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute changes may incur a $30 fee, especially if travel has already been arranged.

Who owns the rights to the photos?

We retain copyright, but you are granted a full license to use the images for marketing your listing and personal brand without time limits. Third-party commercial use requires prior permission.

We are based in Jacksonville, FL, and regularly work throughout the surrounding areas, including St. Augustine, Orange Park, Ponte Vedra Beach, Fernandina Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns, Middleburg, Fleming Island, Green Cove Springs, Palatka, Gainesville, Lake City, Yulee, Callahan, as well as Southern Georgia.
